Reporting to the CFO, the Accounting supervisor will possess the following skills:

• 2 - 3 years of post graduate experience with exposure to a variety of industries.
• Strong Payroll and Accounting knowledge
• Solid understanding of internal controls and their effective application
• Good understanding of external auditing issuess
• Working towards CGA/CMA designation
• Previous public accounting experience is a definite asset
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills allowing effective interaction with clients and staff
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Experience with Simply Accounting or any other accounting software is a definite asset
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Demonstrated supervisory experience required.
• Possess good analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
