Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent technical support and customer service to customers of Electric-Spin products across the world through telephone, email and other telecommunications. Employment is with Electric~Spin Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd with report to Technical and Customer Service Manager in Toronto.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years' experience in providing technical support and customer service in both spoken and written English for technology products preferably in a formal call center environment.

Qualities:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Versatile and fluent with the latest Windows and Mac operating systems
• Quick learner, lateral thinker and ability to solve problems quickly
• Very good knowledge of gaming products and peripherals
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills, including reading
• Motivated, self-starter who thrives in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment who needs supervision in small doses but seeks challenges in megadoses
• Can work time-shift hours when liaising with the Toronto engineering team
