Standard Shipping
and Delivery (Fedex Ground)
1.
For
orders within Eastern United States and Canada, allow up to 3 business days for
delivery from date of shipping.
2.
For
orders within Central or Western United States or Canada, allow up to 5
business days for delivery from date of shipping.
3.
Items
that are in stock ship within 2 business days.
4.
Credit
card charges are applied on the shipping day of the product.
Please
note that we cannot deliver to a post office box.
Return Policy:
Product may be returned for full credit or refund in accordance
with the following conditions:
1.
Product condition
a.
in "as new" condition and complete with all contents;
b.
returned in the original packaging and suitable shipping carton
to prevent shipping damage;
c.
accompanied with an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form
and number issued by Electric~Spin;
2.
Product must be shipped, postage prepaid, to: Returns
Department, Electric~Spin Corporation, 171 Marycroft Av. Suite B201,
Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada, L4L5Y3 and received within 45 days of the original
purchase.
3.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
4.
Only unopened software may be returned for refund.
Warranty Policy:
Electric~Spin offers a one year limited warranty against
manufacturing defects for product sold in North America. Please refer to your
User’s Guide for details. Product returned for repair during or after the
warranty period must be accompanied by an RMA.
Post warranty, Electric~Spin offers a flat-rate, comprehensive
repair and refurbishment service for $99.
